Bethan and Weiran have created a reporting tool for gas lamps.
If you’re out walking and spot a lamp that isn’t working, open the website and it will use your location to help you find the nearest lamp. You can click on the lamp to report it faulty and also see which lamps have already been reported using a simple green and red colour scheme so we avoid people reporting the same one.
You can add the website to your phone (iOS or Android) so it acts like an App. See photos for details for iPhone users.
Reports are collected together and sent to the Park Estate Office once a day at 8am, rather than generating an email every time somebody reports a light.
McZhang Studio Ltd built this for the residents by local residents. We did take the idea to the Office over a year ago but it’s time to light up your lives now.
